Returns and Exchange Policy
Exchange
- For products exchange, you can keep credit from the old product to buy a new product at the same or more price.
- Product and accessories remained. No traces or additional defects after being sold.
- Other accessories are intact and have no defects.
- You can request to exchange the products on the same day that you receive the product and send it back to us in 3 days. by informing us via Line Official: @kanekoji.
- In the case of more than three days, it will adjust as “Redemption” immediately.
Return
Return condition is the product and accessories are still intact, with no traces of use and damage. We reserve the right to deduct the percentage as follows

| 40,001 – 60,000 | 8% |
| 60,001 – 80,000 | 6% |
| 80,001 – 150,000 | 5% |
| 150,001 and above | 4% |
- The Condition “Return - Buy Back - Consignment” can apply with normal price products and used products only.
- Sale products and New products are according to redemption and consignment conditions only.
- You can request to exchange the products on the same day that you receive the product and send it back to us in 3 days. by informing us via Line Official: @kanekoji
- In the case of more than three days, it will adjust as “Buy Back” immediately.
- We reserve the right not to exchange accessories, shoes, and wallets.
Buy Back
- We reserve the right to buy back the products priced 30,000 baht or more. The product can be redeemed for 65% - 80% of the purchase price within 120 days after the date of purchase.
- Products that can not consign include :
- Accessories, shoes, and wallets
- Products that have additional defects after purchased
- Products that you purchased from our store by yourself. If purchasing from other resellers must be cosigned by Buy Back condition especially the products priced 30,000 baht or more.
- The product must be inspected that it does not have any additional defects after purchase. If it is found any defect must be consigned by “Returns” or “Consignment Back” Condition.
Consignment Back
- Customers can consign at 70% - 85% of the purchase price within 120 days.
- Products that can not consign include :
- Accessories, shoes, and wallets
- Products that have additional defects after purchased
- Products that you purchased from our store by yourself. If purchasing from other resellers must be cosigned by Buy Back condition especially the products priced 30,000 baht or more.
